Yantai-Life Service Club is your one-stop solution to all of your needs while in China. Services List: 1. House-Hunting: Assisting you to look for the ideal, safe and convenient apartment or office. 2. Flight ticket handling (booking and delivery) 3. Home services: Including Finding a House-Keeper, House-Cleaning, Home Repair, Home Moving 4. Hotel reservations: helping you to book different level hotels according your specific require. 5. Designing a travel itinerary for you, arranging hotel, bus, train, and flight according to your particular needs. 6. Assisting with bank transactions and/or renewal of tourist or business visas 7. Interpreter (for travel, shopping, or business) 8. Car rental 9. Chinese language tutor
Budget Estimates: The budget will depend on which kind of apartment you would like to choose. We provide several choices for you as follows:
A. Hotel
B. Serviced Apartment (about 15,000rmb / month): ุ Deluxe studio to 2-bedroom size from 58 sq.m to 114sq.m. ุ 24 hours security ุ Fully equipped kitchen ุ Satellite TV with DVD ุ Daily concierge, house keeping and laundry service ุ English and Chinese professionally staffed ุ International business center. ุ Access to apartment club includes Breakfast Lounge ุ Meeting and conference room, catering service
C. Normal apartment Price: about 2,000-4,000 per month with furniture and facilities.
House-Hunting Fees: House-Hunting service fees are normally applied as follows:
Monthly Rent Service Fee 1,000 to 4,999 Equivalent to one monthfs rent 5,000 to 9,999 Equivalent to 60% of one monthfs rent Above 10,000 Equivalent to 40% of one monthfs rent
- Fees are success-based only. - There is no up-front fee. - Fees for other services will be quoted upon request.
