Just wondering if anyone sees HDs in your town and if so .. does anyone know what regulations are as to visiting your city on a bike...

i have seen No harleys in yantai in 3 years here .
and insurance (for what its worth). more importantly , in case you are in an accident, is guanxi, dealing with the police. you know
welcome. this town needs the thunder of a real bike
